Chela takes on Frenchman Mannarino. Neither has been in great form. Mannarino showed some promise earlier in the season but he seems to have dropped away. This should be a straight sets win for Chela but its hard to trust him at 1.30 . I’ll wait to see how this one is going and definitely want a better price to back Chela.

The Querrey v Llodra match has some more interesting starting prices. Both have only played 1 match recently on clay and both lost. This won’t be a great match to watch as neither is really at home on the clay but Llodra has the weaker record over the last 12 months with just 1 win from 4 on the dirt to Querrey’s 7 wins from 12.

Monfils takes on Karlovic which should be an interesting one. Karlovic has been is excellent form but Monfils has a good record against big servers having won 11 of his last 12 matches against a big serve. Also Karlovic has lost 6 of his last 7 matches where his opponent was a top 1o player. Add a comment

      1.  Back the server

This is one of the easiest strategies out there for beginners. There are clearly some easy rules to follow to get success out of this.

We don't necessarily need a top server for this strategy. All we are looking for is a favorite with a starting price between 1.40 and 1.80.

So yesterday, from the 2 predictions both traded well under their prices. Even if Istomin didn't manage to win a trained eye would have traded out when it reached 2.25. Even by watching the scoreboard you can at least tell which player has the upper hand by watching the percentages and i always go by the points made on return or on 2nd serves. In the other game, Anderson won, but the point of trading out was of course after the first set.

Today, in my point of view is a great day for trading opportunities. I see lots of underdogs getting something out of their games today. Even from the first match: Gimeno Traver vs Potito Starace. The spaniard should at least get one set. The winner will play with Nadal in the next round so there is no chance to advance further than this. I think that Potito will lose the game, italians having this atittude when it comes to situations like this.

Istomin had a good go last week against Gasquet from which he snatched a set. Garcia-Lopez was smashed by the same Gasquet in 2 easy sets and seems that he didn't find his form. Watch the game as i think that the odds for Istomin will not stay at 3 and will trade lower. Remember: Back High, Lay Low.

Another game to watch is the one above. Anderson had some back problems last week as he lost to Fognini in 3. But, I think his serve and big ground strokes will give some chances in front of Cuevas. Surely will trade lower than 3.5 the price he has now at betfair.
