THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

To enter, just sign up for an account with us in the news subscription area(That is the 5 EUR/Month area). To be eligible, the accounts must be made until 10th of May or until a number of 100 subscribers has been reached. Accounts made from the same IP or suspicios to be from the same household will be disqualified. We will ask you to provide your first and last name, email address, zip code and adress if you are the winner.

WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing using a website like www.random.org. Winner will be notified via e-mail, mail, telephone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prize drawings will made on a strictly random basis.

PRIZE

The prize will be a brand new IPAD - 16gb WIFI/3G. Exactly the tool a punter will want to stay all the time conected to news.

CONTEST TERMS & RULES

The contest is open to worldwide citizens of any age. Members of Betting RSS and immediate family members are excluded from this contest.

One entry per person, per contest. Persons found to register multiple accounts will be banned from the contest and their accounts will be deleted (multiple user registrations from the same IP are not allowed). If you notice that a person has registered multiple accounts as your referrals, please announce us, otherwise this will be treated as a rules violation.

The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

By claiming the prizes, the winners authorizes the use, without additional compensation of their name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph/video and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, online advertising, newspapers and other publications and in distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Betting RSS may deem appropriate.

In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Betting RSS may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize. The person winning a certain prize may be required to provide a video/audio/picture file recognizing the prize earned after the prize is awarded to him/her.

Betting RSS is not held responsible for the eventual expense that is to be payed at the custom when the winner retrieves the prize, but we can give a written paper that it is a won prize/gift if the winner requests.

Betting RSS reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. Betting RSS also reserves the right to modify/delete any accounts found doing suspicious activities.

BETTING RSS reserves the right to use the information collected from this website's registered persons in order to improve its own services.
