Racebets - No bonus anymore for customers from Portugal and Romania

Due to the ongoing abuse of our Affiliate Bonus with immediate effect customers from Portugal and Romania does not get a deposit bonus anymore.

I regret that this step will also effect honest customers but unforunately they had no other chance.

Seems that hedgers wanted to get everything out of racebets. Pitty seeing this happening. We, the honest costumers, lose lots of good bonuses this way. I remember back in the days when bonuses were available for any country. Now some of them are excluded from the start of a bonus offer :(
