Turkey - Bursaspor vs Besiktas

The teams view to this game couldn't be any more different, for Bursaspor its a matter of keeping 3rd place and beating bitter rivals Besiktas. For Besiktas this is a meaningless game as they focus on the Turkish Cup final they will be playing mid-week.

Bursaspor have been in decline ever since the start of the second half of the season, the new transfers disrupted the team and have not had the desired effect. They used to have alot of pace upfront and were one of the leagues most dangerous counter attacking sides, now they are slow getting the ball forward and find it difficult to create chances. To make matters worse they will be without Ömer Erdo?an, winger Ozan ?pek, Goalkeeper Ivankov, Sercan Y?ld?r?m and Insua going into this game.

Besiktas are focused on the final, they would rather not have played this game and won't be risking any key players. Quaresma and Guti will be left at home and Ferrari, Nihat, Ernst and Nobre have injuries. This game means more for Bursaspor than Besiktas however, even with a fantastic home support and the prospect of beating their rivals its risky taking Bursa in their current form.

There is a big rivalry between FANS, not clubs. Bursa fans' honour hammered in Istanbul when they were beaten by Besiktas fans and no need to be genius to see they are willing to take revenge. This will make home crowd so aggressive and this will effect into pitch IMO. Besiktas has nothing to lose, they already lost here in last of game of last season and gifted (my opinion) title to Bursa. They play cup final in midweek, it means a lot for them. Besiktas does not have any chance to go Europa League via league position, they have to win Cup. NO BET.
